Helloooooo there! If you’ve arrived on this page, hopefully it’s because you found some valuable in one of my blog posts and are looking to take the next steps to grow your blog.

- “I’ve been blogging for (insert amount of time here) and I’m still not seeing traffic!”
- “I’m getting the green light in Yoast – so why am I not getting much organic traffic?!”
- “How the heck do you balance everything you’re supposed to do?”
- “I don’t understand how to actually get my blog to make money – and I’m starting to feel like a failure.”
If any of those sound like you – fear not, my friend. You’re not a failure. There’s just so much to learn when you start blogging, and it can be hard to sort through everything on your own to hone in on what is actually important.
How blog coaching can help
That’s where I hope to help. I’m Chrissy, and I’ve been blogging since 2010. It’s currently my full-time job, and I L-O-V-E it. I’m still learning every day, but I’d like to think that over the last 10 years I’ve narrowed down some key principles that can help you grow your blog traffic and make an income from it.
One of the things that I think separates me from a lot of other “how to blog” sites and coaches is that I actually built a successful blog in the food & fitness niche before starting this site or these services. You can make money on a niche site that’s not about blogging!
In blog coaching, we can focus on several concepts that I think are essential for bloggers:
- SEO, including keyword research and good on-site / off-site SEO (by focusing on this, I managed to grow by organic traffic on one of my sites by 5x in 2018 – and it continues to grow)
- Monetization strategies – this can include a plan for ad revenue, affiliate marketing, sponsored content, or other income strategies
- Social strategy – which social platforms are best to invest time in given your monetization goals, and helpful tips for those
On the calls we can chat about one of these or all of them depending on your goals and number of coaching calls. I’ll generally let you lead the conversation as far as what you’re hoping to learn, but I can also make recommendations on what to focus on first by taking a look at your site.
What kind of results can you expect
If you follow the strategies we outline and put the time into implementing them thoroughly, you’ll see blog growth and/or increased income. It may not be immediate (SEO can take a few months to pay off, for example) – but I am confident you’ll see good results. The key is actually implementing what we discuss.
