Chrissy Carroll is a vibrant blogger and social media enthusiast.  She loves helping other wellness bloggers find success with their websites!

In 2014, Chrissy started her current food & fitness blog, Snacking in Sneakers.  On that platform, she shares content centered on food & fitness tips for active women – especially runners and triathletes.  Chrissy is a marathoner and triathlete herself as well as a USAT Level I Triathlon Coach, and she is the author of “Eat to Peak: Sports Nutrition for Runners and Triathletes.”

After finding success in building her food and fitness blog, Chrissy became passionate about helping other wellness enthusiasts start successful blogs.  She began writing content surround blogging best practices and speaking at local and national conferences on blogging for dietitians and other wellness professionals.  In 2017, she launched her PinSmart course on growing traffic through Pinterest, and in 2018, she launched Build A Wellness Blog to reach a larger audience!

Chrissy holds a Bachelors of Nutrition Science from Boston University and a Masters of Public Health Nutrition from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.  In addition to the certifications mentioned above, she is also an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer.  She currently resides in central Massachusetts with her husband and son.
